Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem. We will gladly replace any defective items at no cost if we are notified within 30 days.

If you would like to return a generic item that was not custom printed for you, please return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days for a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns on custom printed items but will gladly reprint defective items at no cost. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
